- This package provides a company with Ordinary shares. If you wish to register a company with more than one class of share, please call our customer service team at 020 7871 9990, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Business Bank account referrals are only available to companies with UK resident directors and shareholders. Companies with overseas directors and shareholders are not eligible for this offer. Overseas customers will get the option to add a Wise bank account referral, suitable for non-UK residents, during the order process.
- The package price is subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%. The Companies House filing fee is a government charge and is not subject to VAT.

In line with current AML legislation and regulatory guidance, we no longer operate under reliance arrangements with intermediaries.
As a result, and due to our increased compliance obligations, offering company formations at £2.99 is no longer commercially sustainable. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we transition to a more robust solution.
After the company is formed, we will provide you with digital and unbranded copies of:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
- Share Certificates
- Digital Registers with First Entries Completed
As well as a copy of the company’s authentication code. You can then provide these to your client.
In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, we are obligated to verify the identities of all customers, company directors, and persons with significant control (PSCs) involved in the incorporation process.
It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete our online company application form. We will require ID checks to be carried out, which are simple and quick to complete. We will then send the application to Companies House, which will usually take less than 24 hours to approve a company – although this time period is dependent on Companies House workload, and sometimes it can take longer.
If it is important that your company is formed quickly, we provide a Same-Day Incorporation Service for £79.99, which can be purchased at checkout with any package. This service is available until 12 noon GMT, Monday-Friday. Incorporation on the same day is dependent on us receiving all relevant ID information for the company by 2pm of the same day, and we are not liable where we are not provided with the required information by this time.
When completing the application, you’ll have the option to confirm whether you’re acting as part of a regulated body.
If you select this option, we will not contact your clients. All communication will come to you instead. We’ll send you individual, unbranded ID verification links for each company officer and person with significant control (PSC), which you can forward to your clients yourself. Each person must still complete their own ID verification.
If you don’t select this option, we’ll notify each officer that they’ve been appointed, while still sending the ID verification links to you for onward distribution.
If you are forming a limited by shares company, this is the only package available for wholesale purposes.
Our company documents will never display Rapid Formations’ brand name and address on your clients’ company documents.
