UK Business Banking: We have included a referral to a Wise Business account, which is an excellent international payment solution for non-residents. It allows eligible customers to access local account details in supported currencies and receive money with the speed and ease of a local payment. If your application to Wise is approved, you will receive access to your own UK sort code and account number, subject to Wise country availability and compliance checks.

To do this, you will require getting your company documents apostilled (legalised by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office). No, you can register your company using any of our company registration packages, however, the Non-Residents Packages provide you with a full set of address services that you will need to set up and run your company. They are also great value for money.
A registered office is the official address of a UK limited company, where all official government mail from Companies House and HMRC will be sent. It must be a physical address in the UK, however, your company does not need to carry out its business or trade from this address.
If you don’t have a suitable UK address to use as your registered office, don’t worry, the Non-Residents Packages include a registered office, service address and business (trading) address.
Company directors, shareholders, secretaries and PSCs (Persons with Significant Control) are required to provide a service address when setting up a UK limited company. This address is used by Companies House and HMRC for official correspondence with company officers and shareholders.
Unlike the registered office address, the service address does not need to be in the UK, so you can use your residential address; however, it will be placed on the public record at Companies House.
It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete our online company application form. We will require ID checks to be carried out, which are simple and quick to complete. We will then send the application to Companies House, which will usually take less than 24 hours to approve a company – although this time period is dependent on Companies House workload, and sometimes it can take longer.
If it is important that your company is formed quickly, we provide a Same-Day Incorporation Service for £79.99, which can be purchased at checkout with any package. This service is available until 12 noon GMT, Monday-Friday. Incorporation on the same day is dependent on us receiving all relevant ID information for the company by 2pm of the same day, and we are not liable where we are not provided with the required information by this time.
Your mail will be securely forwarded by scan and email on the same day we receive it to our offices. Any items of value, such as bank cards, will be forwarded to your chosen correspondence address, anywhere in the world. The cost of forwarding is 50p per item for anything sent by scan and email, and Royal Mail postal charge plus a 15% handling fee for any item which is posted.
If you choose to renew the three address services and the Hassle-Free Compliance Service, the cost will be £303.99 +VAT per year.
