Why would I choose this package?
This package has been designed to provide peace of mind to those who do not want their home address displayed on the public record at Companies House.
We provide a London registered office and directors' service address using our Covent Garden location. All government mail is forwarded to you free of charge by scan and email.
What is required to set up a company?
To register a limited company, you will need a company name, at least one director and one shareholder (both of whom can be the same person), a service address for each company officer and a registered office address.
You must also decide how many shares you wish to issue. Our blog has a wealth of detailed guidance on the incorporation process, including information about directors, shareholders, company addresses and shares.
Do I need to supply proof of ID?
All company formation agents have a legal obligation to check proof of ID and address, including ourselves.
Don't worry - the likelihood is you will not have to do anything, as 90% of our customers successfully pass our digital ID checks.
If you don't pass our digital ID check, do not worry - almost all of our customers are able to provide their proof of ID and address via our Credas App. For more information, see here.
How many people are required to register a limited company?
Just one. You can incorporate, own and manage your limited company as a sole director and shareholder, or you can set up and run it with lots of other people. It’s entirely up to you. Simply enter the name(s) of each director and shareholder on the online application form.
Please note:
- This package provides a company with Ordinary shares. If you wish to form a company with more than one class of share, please call our customer service team at 020 7871 9990, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Business Bank accounts are only available to companies with UK resident directors and shareholders. Companies with overseas directors and shareholders are not eligible for this offer. Overseas customers will get the option to add a Wise (formerly TransferWise) bank account, suitable for non-UK residents, during the order process.
