Free online client area to manage your companies

What you can do in the admin portal:

  • Check on the progress of your company registration as it goes through the approval process.
  • View the full details of your company or companies at any time online.
  • Manage your companies online by filing Confirmation Statements and making changes to the officers, etc.
  • Set up a new limited company without the need to re-enter the same information each time.
  • Import an existing company to allow you to manage it and make changes free of charge.
  • View your orders: incomplete / in progress / completed.
  • View and download your digital company incorporation documents - wherever you may be.
  • Purchase additional services and products, e.g. printed and bound documents, address services etc.
  • View your payment and invoice history, renew services and set up payment authority.

Access for existing customers

If you are an existing customer, access to your online admin area can be gained by clicking on the ‘log in’ button at the top of our website pages. Then, enter your email address and password that was sent to you by email when you formed your first company with Rapid Formations.

Access for new customers

If you are not an existing customer of Rapid Formations, that’s not a problem! You can still access the Client Portal and import your existing companies, allowing you to manage them online - all for free!

Access for new customers is straightforward, create an account by clicking the button below. You will then be asked to complete a short application form, after which you will be taken to your own account area in the admin portal.
