  1. This package includes Ordinary shares. To register a company with multiple share classes, please call us at 020 7871 9990.
  2. Business bank account referrals are available only to companies with UK-resident directors and shareholders. Overseas customers can choose a Wise account referral during the order process.
  3. All Business Address mail is scanned and emailed to you for 50p per item. Valuable items (e.g. bank cards) are posted to your chosen address at Royal Mail rates plus a 15% handling fee. Mail is forwarded the same day it's received.

    However, arguably the main benefit of this package is our Full Company Secretary Service. This includes 15 changes to your company per year, the preparing and filing of your annual confirmation statement, maintenance of your company registers, monthly compliance guidance, and a dedicated account manager.

    Other advantages of this package are VAT and PAYE Registrations with HMRC.

  • Your new limited company will be ready to trade from the moment your application is approved by Companies House. The standard processing time is within 24 hours of submission; however, sometimes Companies House takes a little longer.

  • Digital documents will be sent to you by email immediately after your company is registered at Companies House.

    Hardcopy company documents will be dispatched to you by post within 24 hours of incorporation, free of charge within the UK. Royal Mail postage rates +15% are charged for overseas delivery.

  • Just one. You can incorporate, own and manage your limited company as a sole director and shareholder, or you can set up and run it with lots of other people. It's entirely up to you.

    Simple enter the name(s) of each director and shareholder on the online application form.

  • Legally, no. But for practical reasons you should open and operate a business account for any new business as soon as it begins trading. This will enable you to correctly record and monitor your company finances, and it will be far easier to work out your business income and expenditure when you're completing annual accounts and tax returns.

    We offer up to 8 business bank account referrals with every company registration package. All have easy online account opening applications, including Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, Monzo and ANNA.

  • No. Your company registration will cost £89.99 +VAT if you choose this package without adding any optional extras.

  • All company formation agents have a legal obligation to verify the identity of all customers, directors and PSCs of the companies we incorporate.

    Once your order has been submitted we will send personalised links to your email for you where you and any other directors or PSCs will be able to provide your ID. The process should only take a couple of minutes and is free of charge. For more information, see here.

  • The Business Telephone Number Service helps businesses improve their corporate image by providing them with a London or regional landline number. It also includes call forwarding to the phone number of your choosing.

    After your company is registered, we will email you within 1 working day to set up your service.
