We estimate UK customers who receive a reasonable volume of business mail will save around £200.00 to £500.00 per year. Overseas customers, receiving average volumes of mail could make a saving of between £500.00 and £1,500.00 per year.

Are there any other advantages of our Digital Business Address Service?

What counts as one letter?

All documents and sheets received within the same envelope will be scanned as one letter. You will only be charged once for the scan and email of one letter, at a cost of 50p per letter.

How it works:

Complete and submit the 'Switch to Email Delivery' Form.
We will confirm the change in delivery method by email.
We will send your business mail to you by email on the same day we receive it.
We’ll hold your original letters for 7 days, just in case you request them to be sent to you by post (at the cost of the Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%).
Items of value, such as bank cards, as well as any items larger than A4 (which cannot be scanned), will be forwarded to you by post (at the cost of Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%).
