How it works:

  • Complete and submit the 'Switch to Email Delivery' Form.
  • We will confirm the change in delivery method by email.
  • We will send your business mail to you by email on the same day we receive it.
  • We’ll hold your original letters for 7 days, just in case you request them to be sent to you by post (at the cost of the Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%).
  • Items of value, such as bank cards, as well as any items larger than A4 (which cannot be scanned), will be forwarded to you by post (at the cost of Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%).
