  6. Any mail of value, such as bank cards, will be forwarded by post to the forwarding address provided. This will be charged at Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%.

  • A Business Address Service provides a general correspondence address for your company, enhancing its corporate image while ensuring privacy. It is primarily used to receive non-statutory mail from clients, suppliers, banks, and similar entities, and is not typically associated with trading activities. This address is not published on Companies House.

  • No - our Business Address Service and Registered Office Address Service are two separate services. The Business Address Service provides a professional address for day-to-day correspondence, but it can't be used to satisfy the legal requirement for a registered office. To meet that requirement, you'll need our registered office address service, which provides a legally compliant address for your company's official filings with Companies House and HMRC.

  • Yes - each subscription covers one company. If you need the service for more than one company, you'll need a separate subscription for each.

  • You can update your registered office address through our Online Client Portal. You're legally required to notify Companies House of the change within 14 days using form AD01, which you can file directly through Companies House online services or via the portal at no extra cost. If you need a hand, our Customer Service Team is available by phone, email, and live chat.

  • Your business address will not appear at Companies House as they do not require this information. It will therefore not be visible on any public records, unless you choose to make the address public (e.g. by placing it on your website).

  • Mail received at your business address will be scanned and emailed to you on the same day we receive it. This process ensures you receive your correspondence promptly and efficiently, eliminating the need for you to visit the physical location.

  • Mail is usually forwarded on the same day we receive it, ensuring prompt delivery of your critical documents and correspondence.

  • A business address is designed for receiving non-statutory mail like client correspondence, supplier communications, and packages. While it can generally handle regular business mail, there are certain restrictions relating to weight and size. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

  • The Business Address Service is for receiving mail and boosting your business's professional image. It is not intended for meeting clients or conducting business activities on-site.   • Renewing the Business Address Service costs £89.00 plus VAT annually.

  • Missing the renewal deadline may result in losing access to the address, and incoming mail will not be forwarded until the service is reinstated. Timely renewal is essential to avoid interruptions.
