Peter Doczi is People and Communications Director at Rapid Formations, where he leads the company’s people management, recruitment and internal communications functions. Before joining Rapid Formations, Peter spent more than a decade managing customer service and contact centre operations across a range of customer-focused industries. His previous roles included managing multilingual customer service teams, overseeing recruitment and training programmes and improving operational performance through process optimisation and staff development.
Peter’s areas of expertise include people management, recruitment strategy and organisational development within growing businesses. He also has experience in employee engagement, team leadership and operational management in customer-facing environments.
