Peter Doczi is People and Communications Director at Rapid Formations, where he leads the company’s people management, recruitment and internal communications functions. Before joining Rapid Formations, Peter spent more than a decade managing customer service and contact centre operations across a range of customer-focused industries. His previous roles included managing multilingual customer service teams, overseeing recruitment and training programmes and improving operational performance through process optimisation and staff development.
